The Legal Reform Project in Serbia

The Legal Reform Project is assisting to improve the legal and institutional framework for a strong Rule of Law and sound economic growth in Serbia, thus paving the way for Serbia’s accession to the European Union. Its three components reflect the three major challenges to Serbian legal reforms.
